- On paid plans, an AI assistant answers questions about a transcript and writes summaries.
- Shared workspaces, free on every plan: a team library of transcripts with folders, where members join by email invitation as admin, editor or viewer. There is no per-seat price and no member limit; each person has their own account, and a transcript's minutes come from whoever uploaded it.
- Uploads travel over HTTPS and transcripts stay private to the account unless shared. Hear2Text holds no security or compliance certification (no SOC 2, HIPAA or ISO 27001).
